Goji Matcha Latte – Live Forever with this SUPERFOOD drink
Start your mornings with my delicious Goji Matcha Latte!
Starting your day with protein is going to change the whole way you diet. It keeps insulin levels balanced throughout the day and prevents those late night sugar cravings! Egg whites, turkey bacon, hummus, black beans and lentils, greek yogurt and low carb toast… all have a spot on my grocery list. The Easiest method for me yet is adding collagen powder to my morning brews. Which brings me to
My Goji Matcha Latte with nut milk and collagen is packed with 15g of Protein.
This creamy morning sipper is overflowing with essential vitamins including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, zinc, biotin, potassium, Vitamin B, calcium, thiamine, amino acids, iron, copper and magnesium. Oh and manganese, which I always get mixed up with magnesium. My drink has magnesium and manganese. lol.
So you’ll basically live forever if you start drinking this SUPERFOOD Latte.
It’s no surprise that collagen is a crucial ingredient for forever youth. The benefits of these binding proteins are vital in the elasticity of our skin! That is why I think it’s super important to find tasty ways to sneak in more collagen on the daily.
This recipe also calls for organic spirulina.
Spirulina is a valued supplement from the algae family, and is potent with anti-inflammatory antioxidant properties. This powder even delivers a gram of omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids.
After spirulina, we have Goji Berries. Goji berries hold a special place in my heart, as my grandmother has passed down the wisdom of these berries and the many health benefits they carry. I add them to my cereals and yogurts every day.
If you still drink cows milk… I think you need to get with it. Nut milks are freakin delish and prevent a lot of health issues dairy causes in the population. That’s what I never understood, why load so much sugar into milk? It’s time for us to normalize sugar free.

My Goji Matcha Latte
What You’ll Need
- Nut Milk ( I prefer macadamia or coconut )
- Collagen and Matcha Powder
- Organic Spirulina Powder
- Organic Goji Berry Powder
That’s It! I use my Nespresso milk frother and will add the powders in while it is stirring, but if you have a whisk or handheld frother that works too!
Simmer in a pot until powders have been blended and frothed. Enjoy!
